Check if a value is base64 encoded
Test standard, padded base64.
function isBase64(value) { return /^(?:[A-Za-z0-9+/]{4})*(?:[A-Za-z0-9+/]{2}==|[A-Za-z0-9+/]{3}=|[A-Za-z0-9+/]{4})$/.test(value); }

- Unpadded and URL-safe (- _) variants fail. Oveyon expects standard base64 for attachment content.
The function above is the implementation used by the lab. The lab validates JSON types and caps size before execution; include equivalent validation when accepting untrusted input in your application.
