Google Analytics
On 1loc.dev, and only there, Oveyon uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-HR8VPC4914). It records page views, the site you came from, an approximate location that Google derives from the connection, the device and browser type, and these interactions: running a function in the lab, copying code or agent context, configuring or downloading a starter, stepping through the delivery simulator, searching this site and following a link to Oveyon. An interaction carries only the name of the utility, recipe or link placement involved.
Google signals and ad personalization are off, and ad storage is denied. Google Analytics sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_HR8VPC4914, which expire after up to two years. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default: Google Analytics runs there without cookies, so a visit is not linked to earlier ones. Google keeps event-level data for up to 14 months, depending on the property’s retention setting.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare, which delivers this site, adds its Web Analytics script to each page. It measures how quickly pages load and respond for real visitors (Core Web Vitals), page views and the site you came from. Cloudflare states that this script sets no cookies, keeps nothing in browser storage and does not fingerprint visitors, so a visit is not linked to earlier ones. The site never puts what you type into the address: the part after # holds at most the name of a function or the choice made in the recipe builder.

- What you type into the lab, its output, code you paste or the contents of any field.
- Search terms that contain an @ or a long number.
- The part of an address after
#, where the lab and the recipe builder keep their state.
Your choice
Google Analytics is on in this browser.
The choice is stored in this browser only. Turning it off also deletes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics stays off without asking.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records each request: IP address, time, address requested, referring page and browser user agent. We use these logs to run and secure the site and keep them for 30 days. A daily summary without IP addresses, such as how often search and AI crawlers visit each page, is kept longer.
Who is responsible
Oveyon maintains 1loc.dev and decides what is measured, on the basis of its legitimate interest in understanding how a free public reference is used. Google and Cloudflare process analytics data under their own terms, which can involve transfers to the United States. Questions or requests: Oveyon support.
