## Implementation

```javascript
function extract(dateTime) { return new Date(dateTime).toISOString().split(/[^0-9]/).slice(0, -1); }
```

## Input

```json
"2026-10-28T14:05:09.123Z"
```

## Expected output

```json
[
  "2026",
  "10",
  "28",
  "14",
  "05",
  "09",
  "123"
]
```

## Edge case

Input:
```json
"2026-10-28T23:30:00-03:00"
```
Output:
```json
[
  "2026",
  "10",
  "29",
  "02",
  "30",
  "00",
  "000"
]
```

## Limits

- Parts are zero-padded strings in UTC, as in the original; an offset shifts them, as the edge case shows.

The lab validates types and size before calling this function. Add equivalent validation at your own trust boundary.
