## Implementation

```javascript
function alphabet(count) { return Array.from({ length: count }, (_, i) => String.fromCharCode(97 + i)); }
```

## Input

```json
5
```

## Expected output

```json
[
  "a",
  "b",
  "c",
  "d",
  "e"
]
```

## Edge case

Input:
```json
0
```
Output:
```json
[]
```

## Limits

- The original produced all 26 letters as a constant; a count input makes it runnable here.

The lab validates types and size before calling this function. Add equivalent validation at your own trust boundary.
