## Implementation

```javascript
function toNumbers(values) { return values.map(Number); }
```

## Input

```json
[
  "1",
  "2.5",
  "-3"
]
```

## Expected output

```json
[
  1,
  2.5,
  -3
]
```

## Edge case

Input:
```json
[
  "",
  " 42 "
]
```
Output:
```json
[
  0,
  42
]
```

## Limits

- Number("") is 0 and surrounding spaces are ignored, as the edge case shows. Invalid strings become NaN (null in JSON) — validate user input first.

The lab validates types and size before calling this function. Add equivalent validation at your own trust boundary.
